About the building

This office building is located in the immediate vicinity of MOL Campus, the 120 meters tall iconic building belonging to one of the biggest oil companies in Hungary. It is handed over first among the BudaPart Offices in March 2020. Thanks to its unique location, you can see the bay and the Buda-part square, which will be the gate of the new quarter.

The LEED GOLD certification office building currently has nearly 90% pre-leases in the form of signed leases, or letters of intent. In 2020 following the handover, companies such as DBH Serviced Office with 2500 sqm of leased space will move, but Melódin, Atradius Hungary, Semcon Hungary, doTerra and Sió ECKES have also chosen our next-generation office building.

ACCESSIBILITY

The accessibility of the city quarter is particularly good: Deák Square, 3.5 km away, can be easily reached by public transport, in less than half an hour, and by car in 10-15 minutes. Access to the area by public transport is constantly expanding. Tram 1 already transports passengers to Kelenföld, which ensures the connection of the district with the M4 metro, and as a roundabout, the 154 bus service runs on an extended route, which already affects the Kopaszi dam and the BudaPart area.

ACCESSIBILITY

In addition, we will improve the accessibility of the city district by modifying the route of bus services and increasing its frequency in South Buda. It is expected that the Budai Fonódó II. (2nd interconnecting tram line) can start in the near future, and the development of the Southern Railroad is already underway, thanks to the latter BudaPart will also receive a new stop called Nádorkert. Furthermore, the construction of the Galvani Bridge connecting South Buda and South Pest is expected, which will significantly contribute to the traffic calming of the area. For each phase, additional traffic light junctions will be built by us, which will not mean a significant decrease in throughput capacity on the roads bordering the investment.
